Former sheriff's deputy, Sean Grayson, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for fatally shooting Sonya Massey, a 35-year-old woman. Massey had dialed 911 to report a possible prowler near her home. Grayson, then a 31- year-old deputy, responded to the 911 call. Upon arriving at the scene, he encountered Massey who was later found dead outside her house.
